NOTE: Customer MUST CAREFULLY PACK defective items being returned, as if they were new and working, with ALL originally included parts, cords, accessories and item. FAILURE TO DO SO may invalidate both the RMA and the Warranty.
You may return your item to us for any reason as we offer Free Returns. If you do wish to return your item please contact our Customer Service department to obtain an RMA (Return Authorization Number). If you are returning your item because it is defective or the wrong item was received then we will provide free return shipping. Customers returning defective items have the option of a replacement (if applicable) or a full refund. For non-defective item that have been opened and/or used may incur, as we cannot resell New as it's been used, so a fee which will be communicated and agreed upon by both Seller and Buyer. We do want our customers to feel very confident that satisfaction is our highest priority no matter the reason for a return. To return an item you must contact us within 30 days of receipt and we must receive the item within 7 days of issuing you the RMA. We will do our best to make sure that the return process is as smooth as possible if the unlikely event that you need to use it.
