We do not ship to PO Boxes.
All APPLE systems will ship with third-party accessories unless explicitly stated in the listing.
We ship Monday through Friday via UPS. We normally ship orders the next business day with the delivery time of 2-5 business days (depending upon delivery locations). Once the item is shipped you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. For your protection we do require a signature upon delivery on items over $750 of which you'll be given a notice of this. If your item gets lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can assist you. Our warehouse staff are dedicated to making sure you receive your item in a safe and timely manner.
All packages that are returned to us by UPS/USPS/FedEx as undelivered are subject to an additional shipping charge to re-ship the item. If we attempt to contact a buyer and do not receive a response within 3 days of receiving the item, the transaction will be subject to cancellation and a restocking fee.
Please make sure the ship to address is correct at the time of payment. We are not responsible for packages that are shipped to the incorrect address due to buyer error. .
In the checkout process, a phone number must be added since our delivery company requires this for all packages.
